The meeting will take place on Thursday, October 15th at 4:30PM ET.
The meeting is designed for parents of college and high school athletes. We will cover current college sports news, including critical and timely updates on the Protect College Sports Act (PCSA).
We will also welcome guest speaker Janet Moreira, an attorney and mother of a highly rated high school football athlete. Janet will share how her experiences in the legal world have helped her navigate the complexities of youth and college athletics with her son. She will also discuss what parents need to know about intellectual property and how they can help protect their children’s interests.
Additionally, as always, we will have an open parent discussion on a variety of topics. This meeting continues to be a space for parents to share their experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another.
This group envisions an athletics community where athletes and their families are equipped with knowledge, strengthened by support, and united by advocacy—ensuring their children have the opportunity to succeed in competition, in the classroom, and in life beyond sports.
